The day promises to be rainy. It’s a downpour that wakes us up. Very quickly, it gives way to a radiant sun and magnificent lights.

We’re almost empty of water and after breakfast we’re going to do what is now a habit: fetch water from the cans to refuel the two tanks on the boat.

We also need supplies and it’s Bertrand who goes with Raymond to do the shopping to get what we lack.

We weigh anchor around 2 p.m. and head for Lookins in the northwest of the island where the clinic is located.

We arrive at anchor at sunset and put the boat in front of La Crique beach. It is dark and we will have the pleasure of discovering this magnificent place tomorrow morning at sunrise.

Tonight at dinner there is again fried calamari accompanied by sautéed apples with garlic, ginger and spring onions, a real treat!
